Getting Started is as Easy as One. Two. Three.
STEP 1 : Take a FREE Class
We want you to want to be here! That’s why we want you to give us a try with no strings attached. It’s a chance to meet us, see our facility and experience how our classes are structured. Once you sign up, it alerts us and we are ready for you when you arrive. Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude and you are all set!
STEP 2 : Begin Foundations
These classes are where you start your journey with us. Each new member of ChalkDust starts here. You will complete 3 Foundations classes that are designed to set you up for success and onto a safe and effective entry into CrossFit classes. We will go over movements, proper alignment and proper use of equipment.
STEP 3 : Start Membership
Once you have completed your 3 Foundation Classes you will begin attending our regular CrossFit classes. We suggest that you try to attend at least 3 per week to get the best results without overdoing it at first. We then suggest attempting to get in as much as possible throughout the week. Remember, the more effort we put in, the more results we receive.
STEP 4 : Stick With It
Our team is some of the best at what they do, but all the coaching in the world can’t get you fitter if you aren’t committed. Most of us have full time jobs, families and obligations that keep us busy. But making time for our health is a high priority in order to enjoy all of those things. It starts with changing your mindset. Are you ready to make the change that lasts?
