For those new to our fitness community, Foundations is a prerequisite. Even if you possess prior experience in fitness but have taken a hiatus from our programs, Foundations provides a gradual reentry into our fitness environment. Renowned for prioritizing impeccable movement quality among our athletes, our Foundations program aims to dispel any misconceptions about the safety of CrossFit, emphasizing injury prevention and well-rounded fitness.

Our introductory curriculum is designed to familiarize you with fundamental movements integral to daily programming. During these three one-on-one courses (60 minutes each) we dive into the reasoning behind our programming and why it is proven to get our athletes the results they are looking for. You will also gain insights into the functioning of our fitness facility, learn how to use our workout tracking app and collaborate with our coaches to advance towards participation in our group training initiatives or opt for extended personal training.
