FRONT RACK LUNGE (20 REPS, 10 EACH SIDE)

Establish a 10 rep (20 total, 10 each side) maximum weight lunge.

1:00 Dumbbell Snatch 50/35 or 35/25 or 25/15
1:00 Burpees
1:00 Rest

*regardless of where you start, move to the next movement, the whole class will complete the rest together
