Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.
If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed

Squat Cleans:
Rd 1: 15 Squat Cleans @ 95/55
Rd 2: 13 Squat Cleans @ 115/75
Rd 3: 11 Squat Cleans @ 135/95
Rd 4: 9 Squat Cleans @ 155/115
Rd 5: 7 Squat Cleans @ 185/135

*Time extends by 4 minutes for each round completed (4 mins/8 mins/12 mins/16 mins/20 mins)
*Score is total number of reps completed before time cap

**Even if you fail to exceed any 4 minute time cap, extend yourself another 4 minutes to complete as much work as possible (do not go up in weights)
