FRONT RACK LUNGE (20 REPS, 10 EACH SIDE)

Establish a 10 rep (20 total, 10 each side) maximum weight lunge.

For time:
100 dumbbell snatches
80-calorie row
60 burpees
40 muscle-ups

Males Ages 16-17 & 35-54 use 50 lb.
Females Ages 16-17 & 35-54 use 35 lb.

Ages 14-15 & Ages 55+:
Males use 35 lb.
Females use 20 lb.

*scale according to your ability
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
