SQUAT: 3 SETS AMRAP AT 90% OF 3 REP WEIGHT

3 Sets AMRAP at 90% Weight of 3 Rep Weight
(build up to it, then do 3 full sets as many reps as possible)
+add 5lbs-10lbs if you did atleast 5 reps last wek
