20 Russian Kettlebell Swings 53/35
30 Double Unders/60 Singles

Strength/Skill:

SQUAT: 3 SETS AMRAP AT 90% OF 3 REP WEIGHT
(build up to it, then do 3 full sets as many reps as possible)
