10 Minute AMRAP of:

08 Burpees Over the Bar (lateral) 
08 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75

SQUAT: 3 Sets AMRAP at 90% Weight of 3 Rep Weight
(build up to it, then do 3 full sets as many reps as possible)
Go up 5-10lbs if it went well last week!

08 Minute AMRAP of:

03 Muscle Ups/8 Chest to Bar Pullups
08 Pistol Squats/16 Jumping Air Squats
