Partner A.) Rows 500m
Partners B & C.) AMRAP Slamballs & Abmat Situps

Every partner will row 500m 3x. Score is for time, time stops when all partners have completed their rows. Every 50 Abmats & 50 Slamballs completed as a team will subtract 10 seconds from total time.
