10 attempts to find furthest distance: Standing broad jump
10 minutes of Clean Drills and Positioning (for quality not weight, feel the barbell)

WOD:

14 minute AMRAP
5 Kb Swings 53/35
10 Wallballs 20/14
15 Slamballs 20/14

Increase reps by 5 after each round.
example Round 1 = 5-10-15, Round 2 = 10/15/20, Round 3 = 15/20/25...etc until time runs out
