Skills Week: This week we will be bypassing our regular strength programming to focus on some of the more difficult body-weight/Olympic movements. Some of these movements may be put in the wod, and some may have segmented time to work on them.

Monster Monday:
5 Rounds for time of: (10 min time cap)
5 Curtis P's 115/65
8 Strict Pull ups (Sub: strict ring rows, no bands, no kipping)

8 Minutes to work on Double Under skills 
5 Min to work on Handstand Skills

15-12-9-6-3 (12 min time cap)
Thrusters 95/65
Chest to Bar Pull ups (sub: regular pull ups, banded, or ring rows)
Lateral burpees over the bar (two foot take off)
