They are designed to set you up for success and onto a safe and effective entry into CrossFit classes. We will go over movements, proper alignment and proper use of equipment. Our classes are structured and programmed to specialize in getting you to your own personal fitness goals. Everyone has to start somewhere and we would be honored for you to start with us. We are committed to helping all skill and fitness levels excel and see results quickly and safely. We believe that proper alignment, mobility, and the knowledge of equipment and movements are key to your success. This is also why we require the Foundations before starting to come regularly to classes.
CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.

Do you feel sore or tight after a WOD. Or maybe you can't quite get your hips below parallel in a squat, or you feel unstable with anything overhead. This could be because you have a limited mobility, flexibility, and/or balance issue in certain areas. And that's where Athlete Mobility comes in. Our classes are designed specifically for an athletes body and its needs. We focus on increasing flexibility and mobility, give you tools to control your breathing during WODs and aim to increase your mind body awareness to prevent injuries. Maybe you aren't into all that stretching and mobility work even though you need it. Hint. Hint. But hey maybe it's a time constraint issue and you can't designate a full hour to increasing your mobility with an Athlete Mobility class. This is when our YogaWOD would be right for you. Get ready to sweat and work muscles you never knew you had. This class builds stability and strength that directly correlates to your performance in the gym. We offer Boot Camps at various times during the year. These are great for ALL fitness levels. Whether you currently do CrossFit or have a regular fitness routine. Whether you are looking to make a change or haven't worked out in years. These classes work on the Metabolic Conditioning and Strength Training that bring results.
