Begin with Foundations

Each new member of ChalkDust is required to begin with us by completing these 3 Foundations classes that are designed to set you up for success and onto a safe and effective entry into CrossFit classes. We will go over movements, proper alignment and proper use of equipment. These classes are capped at a small class size to ensure you are able to ask questions and get the individual attention you need. Sign up for Foundations.

Unlimited Membership

Once you have completed your 3 Foundation Classes you will begin attending our regular CrossFit classes. We suggest that you try to attend at least 3 per week to get the best results without overdoing it at first. We then suggest attempting to get in as much as possible throughout the week. Remember, the more effort we put in, the more results we receive. See our membership options.
