How Do I Get Started?
You are looking for a change that is going to stick this time. And you've come to the right place, so let's get started. Good news is, you've already taken the first step and that is navigating to this page and getting the ball in motion. Below you can follow the steps to joining our outstanding community at ChalkDust.

Begin your Foundations
These classes are where you start your journey with us. Each new member of ChalkDust starts here. You will complete 3 Foundations classes that are designed to set you up for success and onto a safe and effective entry into CrossFit classes. We will go over movements, proper alignment and proper use of equipment. These classes are capped at a small class size to ensure you are able to ask questions and get the individual attention you need.
begin attending regular classes
Once you have completed your 3 Foundation Classes you will begin attending our regular CrossFit classes. We suggest that you try to attend at least 3 per week to get the best results without overdoing it at first. We then suggest attempting to get in as much as possible throughout the week. Remember, the more effort we put in, the more results we receive.

We are a "seek more" kind of community. Seeking more from our fitness, our health and our lives. We want you to be the best version of yourself, and that's why we have programs like Yoga for Athletes and YogaWOD available for mobility and mindfulness. We have CommunityWODs that you can bring your family and friends too for FREE to connect on a healthy level. We have various Community Events throughout the year that include, Volleyball Tournaments, Golf Outings, Cookouts, Fun Competitions, Parties and so much more. We also have a huge emphasis on a Family Friendly environment with plenty for the whole family.

This is just a little motto we have picked up along the way since we opened our doors in 2014. We want to exude positivity and empowerment, so it is our goal to make the time you spend with us, be the best part of your day. So we ask that when you walk through our doors you leave any stress and/or "to-do lists" outside and approach the class with a positive attitude that allows you to have the "you time" that you deserve. We promise that your experience will always be awesome with that small mindset change and allow us to do the rest.
