This 6 Week BootCamp is geared towards not only being an efficient way to get results, but also towards supplementing your current workout regimen. We will focus on metabolic training, core strength and health, and toning muscles you never thought you had.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
This BootCamp will begin on October 2nd and run until November 10th. Each week you will have 6 classes open to you to attend. We see the best results with attendance of 2-4 times a week. We will be meeting at a local CrossFit gym in the heart of Powell, OH but will also switch it up with some fun outdoors workouts to liven up our fitness journey!
